Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Name:

   • "Presello's Welcome Home Gift"

2. Promotion Period:

   • This promotion is valid until December 31, 2024.

3. Eligibility:

   • The promotion is open to all clients who purchase a property through Presello within the specified budget bracket during the promotion period. The bracket can be disclosed by your personal Realtor.
   • To be eligible, the property purchase must be completed and closed within the promotional period.

2. Promotion Mechanics:

   • Clients who successfully purchase a property within the designated budget bracket will be entitled to receive one of the following home appliances as a welcome gift:
     • Samsung Bespoke Windfree Air Conditioner
     • Dyson Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
     • De Longhi La Specialista Coffee Maker
   • Clients can choose only one (1) gift from the options listed above.
   • Only one promotional prize can be claimed per purchase.

3. How to Participate:

   • To qualify for the promotion, clients must finalize the purchase of a property that meets the budget criteria set by Presello.
   • The property sale must be completed, with all necessary paperwork signed and payments made within the promotional period.

4. Exclusions:

   • Properties not falling within the specified budget bracket will not qualify for this promotion.
   • Clients who have already completed property purchases prior to the promotion period or after the promotion has ended are not eligible.

5. Gift Redemption:

   • Once the property sale is confirmed and completed, eligible clients will receive instructions on how to redeem their chosen gift.
   • The gift will be delivered to the address provided by the client in coordination with the Realtor after confirmation of purchase.
   • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. General Conditions:

   • Presello reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
   • In case of disputes, the decision of Presello shall be final and binding.
   • The promotion is subject to availability. If the selected gift is out of stock, Presello reserves the right to offer a substitute of equal or greater value.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   • Presello is not responsible for any damage, loss, or malfunction of the promotional gift after it has been delivered to the client.

8. Data Privacy:

   • By participating in this promotion, clients agree to the collection and use of their personal data for purposes related to this promotion.
